Contact Information. Email address, telephone number, and mailing or billing address.

Membership, Referral, and Application Information. Details submitted during the intake, invitation, or referral process, including the identity of the referring member, at least one active social media handle used for character and conduct review, personal references requested during intake where applicable, the outcome of any character or background review, eligibility information, and membership status and history.

Guest Information. Where you are brought to the property as the guest of a member, the full legal name and at least one active social media handle submitted by that member on your behalf for verification purposes, and, where applicable, a notation of minor status and the accompanying parent or guardian relationship.

Booking and Participation Information. Reservations, scheduled experiences, guest lists and guest clearance status, event registrations, attendance and check in records, your system generated member identifier, and participation history across activities on the property.

Payment and Financial Information. Payment method details processed through secure third party payment processors, transaction confirmations, and billing records. The Pew Estate does not store full payment card numbers or sensitive payment credentials.

Safety and Compliance Information. Executed Liability Waivers, Media Releases, and Property Waivers, emergency contact information collected at first visit, safety acknowledgments, eligibility confirmations, and, where applicable, non disclosure agreements executed for access to pre market or prototype partner products, along with records reasonably necessary for firearms related and regulated activity compliance.

Communications. Emails, messages, inquiries, feedback, and support interactions, including recorded communications where permitted by law.

Technical and Usage Data. IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and operating system, along with website usage data, pages viewed, interaction timestamps, and cookie, pixel, and analytics related data.

Providing certain information may be required to apply for membership, secure a referral, complete a booking, participate in activities, or comply with legal and safety requirements.

The Pew Estate uses personal information only where reasonably necessary to operate the estate, evaluate membership and referrals, deliver experiences, meet legal and safety obligations, and support legitimate business functions. Information is used to evaluate and administer membership and referral applications, including a review of an applicant's or guest's public social media presence and, at our discretion, a formal background check, to manage access and guest privileges, to schedule and deliver booked experiences and events, to maintain registrations and attendance records, and to respond to inquiries and support requests.

Personal information is also used to verify identity, age, eligibility, and compliance with the laws and safety requirements that govern firearms, hunting, and regulated activities. This includes enforcing property rules, range and field safety standards, and internal policies, as well as responding to lawful requests from regulatory or government authorities. Emergency contact information is used solely in the event of a medical emergency on the property.

Payment related information is used to process transactions through secure third party providers, to prevent fraud and unauthorized charges, and to maintain accounting, tax, and audit records as required by law.

Where a session provides access to pre market or prototype products from a manufacturer or brand partner, we administer any required non disclosure agreement and use related records to confirm compliance with that partner's terms.

The Pew Estate may use contact and engagement information to send confirmations, reminders, access details, operational notices, and information about upcoming experiences, events, or offerings where permitted by law. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time, while transactional and safety related communications may still be necessary to deliver services and ensure safe participation.

Member identities, member identifiers, and booking details are not shared across member communications, and each member or guest receives only the information relevant to their own membership or booking. The Pew Estate does not permit third parties to use personal information for their own independent marketing purposes unless expressly authorized by the individual or permitted by law.

You acknowledge and accept that you provide information at your own risk and agree that The Pew Estate is not responsible for unauthorized access beyond its reasonable control.

Executed Liability Waivers, Media Releases, and Property Waivers remain on file and remain valid for a member's or guest's subsequent visits unless superseded by an updated version, at which point re-execution is required before the next visit. Executed non disclosure agreements are retained and provided to the applicable manufacturer or brand partner in accordance with that partner's agreement terms. Certain records, including transaction, safety, waiver, and compliance related information, may be retained for longer periods where required or permitted by law.

When personal information is no longer required, The Pew Estate will take reasonable steps to securely delete, anonymize, or de identify such information in accordance with applicable laws and internal policies.

The Pew Estate is a private property where firearms, hunting, and regulated activities take place. Membership requires a minimum age of twenty-one years, and our website and services are not intended for independent use by children under the age of thirteen. The Pew Estate does not knowingly collect personal information from children under thirteen without the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Minors may be present on the property as the guest of a member, and only when accompanied by and under the direct supervision of a parent or legal guardian at all times, only where permitted by law, and only in accordance with the safety requirements of The Pew Estate. The Pew Estate LLC Messaging Terms and Conditions

1. The messaging program consists of general conversational messaging to answer questions and provide support to customers.

2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text 'STOP' to the phone number from which you received messages. After you send the SMS message 'STOP' to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at [email protected].

4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
