How We Use Your Information

The Pew Estate uses personal information only where reasonably necessary to operate the estate, evaluate membership and referrals, deliver experiences, meet legal and safety obligations, and support legitimate business functions. Information is used to evaluate and administer membership and referral applications, including a review of an applicant's or guest's public social media presence and, at our discretion, a formal background check, to manage access and guest privileges, to schedule and deliver booked experiences and events, to maintain registrations and attendance records, and to respond to inquiries and support requests.

Personal information is also used to verify identity, age, eligibility, and compliance with the laws and safety requirements that govern firearms, hunting, and regulated activities. This includes enforcing property rules, range and field safety standards, and internal policies, as well as responding to lawful requests from regulatory or government authorities. Emergency contact information is used solely in the event of a medical emergency on the property.

Payment related information is used to process transactions through secure third party providers, to prevent fraud and unauthorized charges, and to maintain accounting, tax, and audit records as required by law.

Where a session provides access to pre market or prototype products from a manufacturer or brand partner, we administer any required non disclosure agreement and use related records to confirm compliance with that partner's terms.

The Pew Estate may use contact and engagement information to send confirmations, reminders, access details, operational notices, and information about upcoming experiences, events, or offerings where permitted by law. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time, while transactional and safety related communications may still be necessary to deliver services and ensure safe participation.

The Pew Estate also uses information to analyze usage trends, refine safety procedures, improve the quality of experiences, secure its systems, and monitor for unauthorized access or misuse. The Pew Estate does not use personal information for automated decision making that produces legal or similarly significant effects without human involvement.

4

Sharing and Disclosure of Information

The Pew Estate does not sell, rent, or trade personal information. Information is shared only where reasonably necessary to operate the estate, deliver experiences, comply with legal obligations, or protect rights, safety, and property.

Personal information may be shared with service providers and partners that support our operations, including payment processors, booking and membership platforms, information technology and hosting providers, email and analytics services, and vendors or contractors involved in events, guiding, instruction, or property operations. Such parties are authorized to use information solely to perform services on behalf of The Pew Estate and are required to maintain appropriate confidentiality and security safeguards.

Information may also be disclosed to law enforcement agencies, regulatory authorities, legal counsel, insurers, or auditors where required by law, court order, or subpoena, or where reasonably necessary to protect the legal interests of The Pew Estate or to comply with its obligations.

Where a member or guest executes a non disclosure agreement in connection with a pre market or prototype product session, the executed agreement is provided to the relevant manufacturer or brand partner in accordance with that partner's agreement terms. Media captured on the property is used or shared only as described in the applicable Media Release.

The Pew Estate may disclose information to instructors, guides, contractors, or partners when necessary to ensure safety, access control, eligibility verification, incident response, fraud prevention, or enforcement of estate policies. Member identities, member identifiers, and booking details are not shared across member communications, and each member or guest receives only the information relevant to their own membership or booking. The Pew Estate does not permit third parties to use personal information for their own independent marketing purposes unless expressly authorized by the individual or permitted by law.

5

The Pew Estate uses cookies, pixels, tags, and similar tracking technologies to operate and secure our website, support application, membership, and booking functionality, analyze traffic and usage patterns, and remember user preferences.

Cookies may be session based or persistent and may be placed by The Pew Estate or by trusted third party service providers that assist with analytics, marketing performance, or payment processing. These technologies help us understand how visitors interact with our website, improve functionality, and prevent fraud.

You may manage or disable cookies through your browser or device settings at any time. Disabling certain cookies may limit website functionality or interfere with application and booking processes. Continued use of our website without adjusting these settings constitutes consent to the use of cookies as described in this Policy.

Data Security

The Pew Estate implements reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. These measures may include secure systems, access controls, encryption where appropriate, and limited access to information by authorized personnel and service providers. Member portal access is protected through a unique, system generated member identifier issued only upon approval, and lost or compromised identifiers are deactivated and reissued immediately upon request.

While The Pew Estate takes data security seriously and continually reviews its practices, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Accordingly, The Pew Estate cannot guarantee the absolute security of information. You acknowledge and accept that you provide information at your own risk and agree that The Pew Estate is not responsible for unauthorized access beyond its reasonable control.

7

Data Retention

The Pew Estate retains personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy and Cookie Policy, including membership and referral administration, experience delivery, safety, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and enforcement of agreements.

Retention periods vary based on the type of information collected, the nature of the membership, booking, or activity, and applicable legal, regulatory, accounting, or operational requirements. Executed Liability Waivers, Media Releases, and Property Waivers remain on file and remain valid for a member's or guest's subsequent visits unless superseded by an updated version, at which point re-execution is required before the next visit. Executed non disclosure agreements are retained and provided to the applicable manufacturer or brand partner in accordance with that partner's agreement terms. Certain records, including transaction, safety, waiver, and compliance related information, may be retained for longer periods where required or permitted by law.

When personal information is no longer required, The Pew Estate will take reasonable steps to securely delete, anonymize, or de identify such information in accordance with applicable laws and internal policies.

These rights may include the ability to request access to the information The Pew Estate maintains about you, request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information, or request deletion of certain personal information.

The Pew Estate will consider and respond to such requests in accordance with applicable legal requirements. Requests may be denied or limited where information must be retained for legal, safety, regulatory, accounting, or operational reasons, including firearms related compliance, waiver, and transaction records.

You may opt out of receiving promotional or marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe mechanism provided in our communications or by contacting us directly. Please note that opting out of marketing communications does not affect transactional, operational, or safety related messages that are necessary to administer your membership, confirm bookings, or communicate important information about access and participation.

Verification of identity may be required before fulfilling any request, in order to protect privacy and prevent unauthorized access.

9

Children's Privacy

The Pew Estate is a private property where firearms, hunting, and regulated activities take place. Membership requires a minimum age of twenty-one years, and our website and services are not intended for independent use by children under the age of thirteen. The Pew Estate does not knowingly collect personal information from children under thirteen without the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

The accompanying parent or guardian is the member or guest of record and assumes full responsibility for the minor throughout the visit. Minors do not participate in any live firearm activity unless the Company has reviewed and approved the specific circumstances in advance and all applicable legal requirements are met. Information collected in connection with the participation of a minor, including full legal name and the guardian relationship, is used solely for safety, eligibility verification, and administration purposes.
